In OneDrive for Business the document preview is shown in the details menu. This menu is opened by clicking the ellipses on the row for a file and then selecting the “Details” menu item.

In OneDrive for Business the document view is opened by clicking on the name of the file.

This opens the document in a full page viewer in a new tab.
